Shipping policy

•All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location and chosen delivery method.

•During busy periods, launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified of any delays.

•Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

•Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.

•If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
